This international certification will save customers time during the qualification stage of the procurement process.

El Paso, TX (Feb. 14, 2018) – Ross Optical Industries announced today that its Quality Management System has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification. This achievement affords the company’s U.S. and international customers a globally recognized standard of quality assurance.

Ross Optical previously achieved certification to ISO 9001:2008 in February of 2015 and has been audited annually to ensure compliance. The company provides standard and custom optics and optical assemblies for OEMs in medical devices, automation and other industries. This certification will save customers time during the qualification and audit stages of the procurement process.

Ross Optical chose Perry Johnson Registrars (PJR) as their certification body.  PJR conducted a full Quality Management System audit to confirm Ross Optical met the requirements of the 2015 version of the ISO 9001 standard.

Rigorous quality inspection at Ross Optical includes 100% surface inspection and spot fringe power inspection of optical components.
